Who am I? 

I have two undergraduate degrees in business management and two master's degrees in organizational development and leadership and psychology (over $125K in education), am working on an Organizational Psychology PhD, and own over 320 psychology, leadership, coaching, and business books. I bring 18 years of leadership experience working in 9 diverse organizations, leading thousands, and have achieved the highest accolades: #1 leader of a 750-employee organization, #1 leader of a 38,000-employee organization, and #1 leader of a 315,000-employee organization.

Who am I for?​

To put it bluntly, if you are leading a team that is not exceeding KPIs (let alone knowing KPIs) while enjoying trusting relationships, you're failing as a leader, and I am for you - for those who WANT to change!

Together, we’ll develop an easy, measurable, and actionable leadership development plan to help you achieve your goal. This will involve changes in behavior, mindset, and routine.
